SQUARE Hospitals Limited is a 500-bed premiere tertiary care Hospital and the leading provider of private healthcare services in Bangladesh.
This hospital is an affiliate partner of Methodist Healthcare, Memphis, Tennessee, USA; Christian Medical College-Vellore, India; SingHealth, and Raffles Hospital, Singapore.
At present, Square Hospital comprises of three buildings on either side of Panthapath connected by an overbridge. The main hospital building is 18 stories and is approximately 450,000 sq.ft. The second building (Extension Wing-1) is located across the street and is 16 stories with 136,000 sq.ft. The third building (Extension Wing-2) is just beside the main building connected by a dedicated capsule lift and a connecting bridge on level-8.
The outpatient department of this hospital can serve up to 2500 patients daily, through 100+ consultation rooms. The outpatient services are open daily, except Friday, in a convenient morning, afternoon, and late evening hours. The ER (Emergency dept) is fully operational 24/7 round the year with their Ground Ambulance & Air Ambulance services. Square Hospital has the only fully functional helipad on the roof of the hospital.
Square Hospital has a very good blend of local physicians along with some ex-pats who were working at quality hospitals in the USA, UK, and the Middle East. Physicians from CMC Vellore in their sabbatical leave are also an important part of the medical team.
Square Hospital medical services team comprises of Consultants & Associate Consultants who are also available in their OPDs, as well as Specialists (full-fledged post-graduate physicians), Clinical Staffs and Resident Medical Officers who are all responsible for our admitted IPD patients round the clock.
